The SUNNYBEE 75 L Cream attachment is specifically crafted to be securely attached to our 75 L wax melter. When creaming, honey should be mixed at temperatures below 20 degrees C, as creamed honey can only be made by stirring crystallized honey. Additionally, this model includes an insulated, water-jacketed temperature-controlled tank. Heating the honey to 30 degrees C aids in homogenizing the creamed honey, facilitating easier bottling and yielding a smoother, silkier final product.
